Origins and Development

Thanks to the generous donation from the China Merchants Charity Foundation, the "e-Rental" elderly technology leasing system was successfully developed and put into use in 2021. This system not only fully supports a one-stop leasing service process for elderly technology equipment through inter-agency collaboration but also pioneers the establishment of the first systematic database in Hong Kong for collecting data on the use of elderly technology by seniors living at home and their caregivers.

With this solid foundation, and to more comprehensively meet the long-term and short-term needs of different individuals in the community for elderly care technology, we are actively expanding our service scope, evolving from a single rental service into a more diversified elderly care technology support platform. We firmly believe that by providing more flexible and varied options, we can further promote and popularize the application of elderly care technology in the community, assisting more individuals in need to achieve their wish of "aging in place."

Online Sales of Senior Technology Products: A brand new online store has been launched, gathering a variety of innovative senior technology products, making it convenient for users to purchase directly and meet long-term usage needs.

Second-Hand Equipment Discount Zone: A special section for second-hand equipment is set up to provide high-quality second-hand elderly care technology equipment that has been inspected and cleaned, at more affordable prices, offering another option for families in need.
