Delivery Arrangement

We only offer delivery services within Hong Kong. The seller will contact the customer regarding delivery arrangements within 3 working days after a successful purchase and will arrange delivery within 7 working days (excluding specified pre-ordered items). The delivery date will be based on the courier company's delivery date.


Shipping fee：

– All online shopping products are free of shipping charges.

– A deposit must be paid in addition to all rental products.

– The delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and designated outlying islands: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Tung Chung; it does not apply to the following outlying islands: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and Hong Kong International Airport.

– For deliveries to floors that cannot be reached by the elevator, an additional fee will be charged for each package and for each floor involved. The handling fee for floors that cannot be reached by the elevator is HKD 50 per floor, with one floor for every 15 levels.


Delivery arrangements:

– In-house transportation team delivery or store pickup


Change Delivery Information:

– Once the customer confirms the delivery information, no changes can be made to the style, color, address, or delivery date.


Special circumstances:

– Delivery service does not include disassembly and disposal of old furniture.

– Delivery service does not include border restricted areas.

– Delivery service is not available for locations that cannot be accessed by stairs and require entry through a terrace, such as boathouses.

– When severe weather conditions occur, such as thunderstorms, the issuance of Typhoon Signal No. 8, or the activation of a black rainstorm warning, or if weather conditions cause vessel suspensions, serious flooding, or road blockages or closures, delivery services will be suspended. Delivery times will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

– When the customer confirms the order and fails to arrange for pickup or delivery within three months, the China Merchants e-Rental Technology Leasing Online Shopping Website has the right to handle the goods on its own without any compensation.
