Return Policy
Customers should immediately check the purchased goods for any damage and ensure that all accessories are complete upon receipt. If any quality issues are found with the goods, a 15-day exchange service is available, but the following terms must be adhered to:
- The China Merchants e-Rental Technology Online Shopping Website (hereinafter referred to as "this website") allows consumers who shop online (excluding pre-ordered items) to enjoy the right to exchange goods within 15 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges will not be accepted after the protection period, thank you for your understanding.
- The warranty period is not a trial period; therefore, returned items must be in brand new condition and in complete packaging (including an intact box, accessories, manuals, and an unfilled warranty card, etc.). Do not omit any accessories or damage the original outer box. If the product or packaging is damaged due to unsealing and cannot be restored to brand new condition, we will charge a refurbishment fee based on the cost of repairs needed. The refurbishment fee will vary depending on the price of the product or packaging and the extent of the damage, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- All display items, sale items, and gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
